1. About Vaulted
Vaulted ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace, based in Australia, where verified sellers list Fortnite accounts and related digital goods, and buyers purchase them. Vaulted Official also sells its own listings. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.
2. Not affiliated with Epic Games
Vaulted is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and related marks are trademarks of Epic Games. Buyers and sellers acknowledge that Epic Games' own terms of service may restrict the sale or transfer of accounts, and that Epic Games may take action against accounts (including suspension) at its discretion. Vaulted cannot control or reverse actions taken by Epic Games.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Vaulted. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend, freeze or blacklist accounts that breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or abuse chargebacks.
4. Listings & seller obligations
Sellers must be approved by Vaulted. Sellers warrant that every account they list was lawfully obtained, is owned by them, has not been stolen, phished, cracked or obtained through unauthorised access, and that all listed details (skins, V-Bucks, level, platforms, email-changeable and full-access status) are accurate. Sellers must not attempt to recover, reclaim or change the details of an account after it has been sold. Breach of these obligations will result in removal, forfeiture of pending balances to cover refunds, and permanent blacklisting.
5. Buying & delivery
Accounts marked Instant Delivery are delivered to your order page immediately after your payment is verified by our payment provider. Manual Delivery orders are fulfilled by the seller. After delivery, buyers should immediately secure the account (change the email where available, password and enable two-factor authentication). Never share delivered credentials with anyone.
6. Prices, payments & fees
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed by third-party providers; Vaulted never stores card details. Orders are only confirmed when the provider confirms a successful payment. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time; only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
7. Warranty, disputes & refunds
If an account is not as described, does not work at delivery, or is recovered by the original owner, open a dispute from your order page. Vaulted will review the dispute with the seller and may issue a refund or replacement. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunded orders revoke access to delivered credentials.
8. Commission & seller payouts
Vaulted charges sellers a commission on each sale, calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts. Seller earnings are held for a holding period before becoming available to withdraw, to cover disputes and refunds. Payouts are reviewed and processed by Vaulted staff.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not: list or buy stolen, phished or hacked accounts; misrepresent account details; reclaim sold accounts; launder funds; abuse discounts, chargebacks or the dispute process; harass other users; or attempt to bypass Vaulted to transact off-platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaulted's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for actions taken by Epic Games or other third parties.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vaulted after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
